2020 Gate & Parking Pass Procedures:

A free Gate Pass will be required for every person accessing the grounds during our 2020 season. Keep in mind, the Main Gate Welcome Center building will not be open to the public. You must order your passes via this *web store or by phone. Once your order has been placed, you can receive your pass in the following ways:

  1. Email - Passes ordered in advance via this web store will be emailed to you as a PDF. This print-at-home pass should be presented by each guest when entering and exiting the grounds.
  2. Curbside: Those who cannot print-at-home should, upon arrival, park in one of the numbered spaces behind the Main Gate Welcome Center. Although this building is not open to the public, you will be able to call inside and request curbside delivery. A member of our staff will bring the passes to your vehicle.

Parking on-grounds will be similiar to previous years. Private, White Stake, South Lot and North Lot spaces will require a free Parking Pass. (Your on-grounds assigned parking location will be verified by the ticket office before passes are processed). All others should park in our Main Parking Lot, free of charge. No pass is required for Main Lot and no attendant will be present.

2020 Day Pass Time Limits:

Single day visitors will be limited to a 4-hour pass timeframe. You will be prompted to select a pass time when you select the date of your visit. Remember, each person in your party needs a pass, regardless of age.

Morning: 8am – 12pm (noon)
Afternoon: 12pm – 4pm
Evening: 4pm – 8pm

*Online orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of pass start time. If placing an order within 24 hours of pass start, please call the ticket office at 716-357-6250.
